Bro I’m a story gamer and mad max is still one of my favorite games

ehh wouldn't recommend 2024. beginning game is boring and kills the experience. also too much left in the dark thats why everyone is on youtube looking up tutorials. too complicated for how simple the world and characters are.

This game was nearly perfect in my opinion and it was so good I was disappointed with GTA5 when it first came out

I don't get why ppl say GTA4 has a terrible cover system?? I loved it and I don't think I ever had any problems with it but I guess I'm alone on that one

Voice work was top notch especially with the Canto phrases. But IMO Wei is a bit meh. It’s the other characters who shine. Also, I believe **Liu Kang did voice work here as one of the deputy Captain of Winston - actor Robin Shou.

I bought this because it was on sale one random day on ps4 and fell in love with it and the car combat. Now I'm replaying it on xbox 😂

Ive never cared for games that have this sort of combat system. God of War was the only one i liked with it. The bosses look okay-ish, its so dark, you cant really make out what they look like. At least from what i see if this video. Im more curious if you get to upgrade weapons and spells and what not, like terraria. But im not convinced, there are still things id like to know before buying and reddit doesnt like me asking questions, maybe i just word it wrong. But those are my thoughts so far.

What I really miss is the menu music from COD MW original series felt more weighty if it made sense.

It's pretty obvious why it failed. (It's based on a book, which is a story) Mad Max is about the story, literally the sad, gruesome story... so a game made by a company that made Just Cause. It's a game with no story, just blowing stuff up.. So yeah, of course that failed They completely missed the point of the mad max. The only thing they got right was gameplay. Which is awesome But what is an open world game if the world isn't engaging you. A failure. This is a very opinionated retrospective, not very informative, not very structured jumping around the story and points to make. Why are you explaining how things work 3/4 through your video. And not even that well... you even say it's 'hard to talk about let me show you', yet you are trying to do a video where you talk about it.... ' I don't know what a retrospective is' Shame on you.... lazy youtuber

I actually enjoyed Valhalla a lot. The ragnorok dlc event where you try to save Baldur from hell was one of the most enjoyable experiences. The boss battles were awesome. I think many people gave up on the game too quickly. It did take me a little while to really start enjoying it,

The day a FPS does it all right in realism and physics sign me up . Todays "the fault the infamous call of duty franchise" has ruined the genre . When will have instead of a Michael Bay movie-esque with tons of explosions that are laughable and just there as references from older video games or movies by more realistic ? When will we have buildings , walls and other environment parts to be destroyed ? ( a hand grenade or bazooka doesn't kill the humans but also destroy what is near and close ) . Enough with those nonsense trophees what does it offer the casual player ?! Yes Wolfenstein New Blood and it's sequel is okay-ish but too many boring story-telling (cinematics) you cannot skip is silly . Also why the urge to upgrade a weapon that fits it's era is in my opinion pointless . ( how can you upgrade a colt gun to make it an über machinegun in the western era i.e. Red Dead Redemption 1&2 make no sense , same goes upgrading the Garand in Medal of Honor is silly ....) alot of the times people need to feel the real immersion of a certain game and not start to reimaginate history and what not . For me this game has too many cutscenes/cinematics like kinda 85% of the fps games lately . We are far from Doom 1993 , Duke Nukem 3D 1996 etc... ready for instead action after a hard day at work and school and not start to read or watch blabla.... that is where there are books made for .

Is this game in any way where if you suck, you can at least grind enemy to get xp and stuff? That’s kinda what I did in Returnal. I was put off by difficulty but as it was on ps extra, I tried it and absolutely loved it. Yes, I had to farm ether? And when I got about 20 odd , I’d start a proper run. Tempted to buy Elden ring with dlc for £55 but I just hate buyers remorse, when sucking at a game and giving up due to frustration.

Dark Souls is still better

Personally I found it really boring. I dropped it half way during the desert mission the first time, and dropped it again 4 years later just before the Matriarch. A shame honestly because I really wanted to see the ending but I could not help myself. I don't know if it were the characters or the gameplay. I'm currently replaying Gears 1, and even if it's really unpolished in some areas, I'm still having much more fun than the supposedly superior sequel.

Possibly my favourite or second favourite CoD campaign, but it's that high for me because of the emotional investment I had in black ops 1 characters. It's not as affecting of a game for players who have no idea who people like Woods or Mason are. Anyway, a black ops 2 campaign review would be awesome one day! If you're interested.

Max Payne 3 is an incredible game and one if the best I've ever played. I love the story, Max as a character, and the gameplay especially. That being said, i think RDR2 is rockstars best work

he had em in the first like 2 seconds lol. but yes, these games are timeless, they never get worse and never depreciate. They are art as much as a painting from van gough, and will be seen as masterpeices by future generations.

I really hated this game. It was too much platform jumping, most of your enemies are animals, and the environments are giant mazes

I always thought it was kind of better than GTA5.... Ya not only got more for what you were buying, but the city was great. I liked the characters a little more. And the story was better. The only thing better about GTA5 was the graphics and I guess the shooting.

Ac 2 and brotherhood parkour was annoyingly clunky for me. Didn’t really enjoy it like everyone is. Oh well
